What are Signature Shelves?Signature Shelves are handcrafted oak floating shelves with optional custom engraving. Every piece is made to order in Ontario, and shipped across Ontario.

What materials are Signature Shelves made from?We use only premium white oak: either solid oak or high-quality oak veneer on a stable core.

How long does production take?Production time is 5 business days since each shelf is made-to-order.

How much weight can Signature Shelves hold?Weight capacity depends on: Wall type Stud spacing Bracket placement Shelf length When mounted into studs, the shelves are suitable for everyday décor (books, frames, plants, mugs). For heavy loads, consult a professional.

Are Signature Shelves eco-friendly?Yes. We use sustainable white oak and eco-friendly oil finishes. Our shelves are built to last for years, reducing waste compared to mass-produced alternatives.

Do you offer gift packaging?Not at this time. We use protective packaging to ensure safe delivery.

What is your return policy?Because every shelf is custom made, returns are limited. If there’s a defect or issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.

Do you work with designers or businesses?Yes. While our main focus is B2C, we welcome Ontario designers, cafés, boutiques, and offices for custom or bulk orders.
